Golden Mile Productions is a newly formed company with an experienced team working in London, Marbella and Los Angeles
The company’s aim is to bring more of the famous Hollywood filmmakers and actors to Marbella and its surrounding areas to shoot in the beautiful locations and venues that the Costa Del Sol is most famous for.
The second project for the group is ‘The Middle Man’, the autobiographical tale of Philip Howard, who was heavily involved in the criminal underworld in the eighties. Kevin Leslie and Ray Quinn head the cast, while Koira Tinton is tipped to play the female lead. The film was made from the best selling book ‘Being The Middle Msn’ and is due for release in November 2015. Howard, who has appeared alongside Daniel Craig and Danny Dyer in films ‘Layer Cake’ and ‘Football Factory’ respectively, directs and appears in the feature film production.
With further support and affiliation from the Andalucian Film Commission, Malaga Film Commission, Marbella Film Office and Marbella Tourism, Golden Miles goal is to put Marbella firmly on the Hollywood map. The company is also supporting local Spanish filmmakers by helping them break into the industry.
The Golden Mile team have a history of working with high standard television and film productions within the UK and Internationally. They have worked with individuals and companies sourcing television broadcasts, filming locations in the UK and Marbella for top UK and European television shows, including Diabetes really show Reversed.
In addition, Golden Mile have gained considerable experience working with high calibre film companies within Bollywood as well as the Indie and Horror industry, the likes of which reached Cannes Film Festival and also Portobello Film Festival, securing recognition and receiving numerous awards.
Golden Mile specialise in every area of film including sourcing and arranging filming locations, distribution, investment, selling scripts to high end Film/TV makers. The team also offers PR services, securing interviews with directors and actors involved while offering a complete promotion package for television and film projects.
The company has also formed a valued affiliation with OIC Productions producer ‘Minh Collins’ from the US, who specialises in high-calibre film commercials and films such as ‘The Hit List’.
